Terms of War
Below is an official list of the RN Terms of Wars which is to be abided by during wartime within the RN. The enemy must abide by the RN's Terms of War, if they are the clan who declared war first. The RN Terms of War are as follows:
- War may be declared on the RN but the RN may decline the declaration which does not count as a surrender or a loss
- The use of trait zones, excessive kill boundaries, and leader traits during a raid will declare the raid invalid and/or a loss
- A clan war may consist of both competitive battles as well as raid based combat
- The RN may use military action without declaring war
- Invites sent to RN members by enemy clans may be declined if a RN officer is not present in the game or the order is given, which does not count as a forfeit or a loss
- Refusal to fight multiple battles by either side lasting longer than a 2 week period is considered a loss of the war
- Any scheduled battle agreed upon by both sides must be fought at the designated time, and will be considered a forfeit/loss for the side which refuses to battle
- If a member from either side is kicked, victory for that raid is declared by the side whose member was kicked
- A member from each side may be removed from a game lobby, which the game has not started yet, and not victory can be declared for either side
- War is won when a side refuses to fight battles for a period lasting longer than 2 weeks, and/or a side surrenders and admits defeat
