Article II: The Executive Branch
Section I:
The executive power shall be vested in the President of the Republic Nations.
Section II:
The President shall be Commander of all military forces including the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and any future branches developed. In times of war, the President shall assume the position as General of the Armies and serve as the principal coordinator of military operations.
He shall have the power to form treaties; provided the Cabinet supplies a two thirds approval and a two thirds approval from the Senate. With the consent of the Cabinet, the President shall appoint Ambassadors, officers and judges of the RN whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for.
The President has the power to fill vacancies in the Cabinet and military officers which shall expire at the end of their session.
Section III:
The President, Cabinet members, Senators, and all RN officials shall be removed from office on impeachment for conviction of: Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Section IV:
The President is granted power to utilize full military force for up to 72 hours without the approval or consultation of the Cabinet. These actions exclude operations conducted under the Defense Intelligence Agency and Special Forces. Upon expiration of the 72 hours all military action must halt unless granted an extension by the Cabinet.
