Republic Nations Constitution
Article I: The Legislative Branch
Section I:
All legislative powers shall be invested in the Cabinet and then unto the Senate of the Republic Nations for final jurisdiction.
Section II:
No person shall be a member of the Cabinet having not attained 6 months experience in the RN. Each Cabinet member will be assigned a position or be a deputy to a designated position: President, Secretary of Defense, Chief Diplomat, Secretary of Homeland Security, Director of Intelligence etc. No person shall be a member of the Senate having not attained 2 months experience in the RN.
Section III:
Impeachment of the President lies in the power of the Cabinet and then unto the Senate for final jurisdiction while under oath or affirmation. And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.
Section IV:
Cabinet elections lie in the hands of the Cabinet members present. Upon joining the Cabinet the representative shall be appointed a position or serve as a deputy to one of the positions, still holding equal vote.
Section V:
No Member shall be a member of the Senate having not attained 2 months experience in the RN. Senate elections lie in the hands of the Senators present. Upon joining the Senate, the representative shall be appointed a position and serve as a RN senator, still holding equal vote.
Section V:
Each Cabinet meeting shall keep a journal of it's proceedings and from time to time publish the same. Excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of the Cabinet on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.
Section VII:
Every Bill that passes the Cabinet shall be brought to the President of the Republic Nations, and then unto the Senate before it becomes a law. If the President approves it, he shall pass on the Bill to the Senate for a final jurisdiction. Only then shall he sign it, but if not return it. The Cabinet will proceed to reconsider it after assigned a subcommittee for edits and review. The revised Bill shall be voted on again and with two thirds approval made law.
Section VIII:
The power to declare war, ratify treaties, and form treaties and alliances sits in the power of the Cabinet. In the case of immediate emergency and danger Cabinet meetings can be called but the RN President must preside over the meeting.
Section IX:
The power to amend the RN Constitution is in the hands of the RN Cabinet. All amendments must be passed with a two thirds vote in favor and must be approved by the RN President. Any fields not mentioned in the Constitution shall be left upon to be determined by the Cabinet through standard legislative process with a two thirds majority vote and approval from the President.

He shall have the power to form treaties; provided the Cabinet supplies a two thirds approval and a two thirds approval from the Senate. With the consent of the Cabinet, the President shall appoint Ambassadors, officers and judges of the RN whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for.
The President has the power to fill vacancies in the Cabinet and military officers which shall expire at the end of their session.
Section III:
The President, Cabinet members, Senators, and all RN officials shall be removed from office on impeachment for conviction of: Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Section IV:
The President is granted power to utilize full military force for up to 72 hours without the approval or consultation of the Cabinet. These actions exclude operations conducted under the Defense Intelligence Agency and Special Forces. Upon expiration of the 72 hours all military action must halt unless granted an extension by the Cabinet.

The appointment of all military officials including officers lies in the hands of the President with the consultation of the leader of the branch which the decision pertains to. The coordinating of military operations is under the jurisdiction of military officers, in case of war the Cabinet shall serve as an advisory council to military officers but cannot order attacks or military action.
Section III:
Martial law shall be ordered by the RN President and would place the RN under military control. In the case of martial law, RN officers and Military Police shall enforce the closing of all games and lockdown of foreign contact. In martial law, RN members are prohibited with contact with other clans depending on the severity of martial law unless granted permission. During martial law the final say in all RN issues is vested in the President and top military officials.
Section IV:
The power to add and remove squads lay under jurisdiction of the Leader of the branch in question and top military officers, with the approval of the President; except in the case that Cabinet approves the addition of remove of a squad with a two thirds vote and approval of the top three military officers.
Section V:
The power to remove a member from his assigned branch lay in the hands of the branch leader, with the approval of the top three military officers of that branch.
The power to promote members lay in the hands of the branch leader, with the consent of the top three military officers of the branch.
The power to demote members of a branch lay in the hands of the President with the advisory of the branch leader as well as the approval of the top three military officers of that branch.
Section I:

The power to demote members of a branch lay in the hands of the President with the advisory of the branch leader as well as the approval of the top three military officers of that branch.
Article IV: Foreign Affairs
Section I:
Treaties are written by the President or any Cabinet representative and require two thirds Cabinet approval, the approval of the President, and a two thirds approval from the Senate. A treaty serves as a formally concluded and ratified agreement between clans consisting of; peace terms, alliances, cease fires, and any negotiation of agreement between two or more clans.
Section II:
All alliances are proposed as a Bill and follow the same process through the Cabinet. All allies must demonstrate that their clan is organized, sustains a healthy population, does not steal maps or members of the RN or any of the RN's allies. Any alliance with a clan that follows no set of morals and demonstrates ruthless, unjust behavior shall be denied. Support of allies in times of war is not guaranteed nor expected. Poor behavior of an allied clan's member towards the RN will be addressed but not serve as a threat to the alliance depending on the circumstances or the position of the member.
Section III:
The infringement on the RN's security and on alliance terms (Whether allied or not) shall pose as an act of war if intentional. While the violation of a single term is not a sentence to war, the continuous infringements will result in conflict; provided the Cabinet approves the declaration of war. A declaration of war grants power to the Commander-in-Chief and all military officers under his command to wage a war.

All RN members at all times are expected to treat other members, and foreign clan members and every person with a level of respect. RN members are expected to carry themselves under a code of honor and with a level of professionalism while in uniform or while in contact with other clans.
Section II:
All members are subject to obey their ranking members and officers under all circumstances except in the case that an order violates the RN constitution. All RN officers, and members are entitled to respect and violating this level of respect can result in disciplinary actions. Violating respect of a RN member and officer includes: Disobeying orders, targeting a member because of ethnic/religious reasons, T-bagging, harassing a member, and excessive levels of offensive remarks towards a given person, RN or not.

Members are also forbidden from interrupting any RN member, especially ranking members. RN members at all times are expected to treat all clans with respect and are forbidden to participate in anti-clan posts or groups.

All recruits must complete Boot Camp, the RN's selection process executed by a designated Drill Instructor(s).
Section II:
Upon completion of Boot Camp, the recruit will be granted the rank of private. If a recruit fails Boot Camp, he must wait one week before attending another boot camp. During this time the recruit is forbidden from joining other clans. Any recruit can be denied for participating in clans that were or are hostile towards the RN.
Section I:

Article VII: Member Rights
Section I:
All members are entitled to Ex Post Facto rights; "An ex post facto law (Latin for "from after the action" or "after the fact"), also called a retroactive law, is a law that retroactively changes the legal consequences (or status) of actions that were committed, or relationships that existed, before the enactment of the law."
Section II:
All members are granted permission at any time to go on hiatus mode for up to one week. Members may not take more than three breaks in a six month period. When exceeding one week the member is subject to losing his position temporarily. Members are granted extensions to this rule if on vacation or have a legitimate excuse regarding real life.
Section III:
RN members are forbidden contact with enemy clans during times of conflict unless granted special permission. All officers are exempt. Punishment of these crimes lay in the hand of the Cabinet with the approval of the President.

Treason is the crime of betraying one's clan. Treason consists of but is not limited to: Aiding the enemy, unjust plots to overthrow RN government, assassination plots on RN and it's allies, and deliberately violating section(s) of the RN constitution. The punishment for treason will be marked by the ruling of the Cabinet which will be judged according to the severity of treason.
